Mark is a proven tactician and field manager for construction sites, with over 35 years working in the construction industry. With proven field experiences, aligned with a laser focus on details, Mark has earned a reputation for making difficult tasks appear easy. With numerous project deliveries to rely on, Mark brings a vast wealth of knowledge to bear in managing projects.
VETERAN BACKROUND
Marks acute attention to details started with an early career in the Marine Corps, where as a Platoon Sergeant Mark was distinguished with winning the yearly Marine Corps "Super Squad" event, where attention to details became the path to success. Mark accredits this training to his devotion to details and unwavering success in managing projects. These skills are prevalent today as Mark pulls together site activities along with building construction to keep a project on track.

Myriad Construction Consulting offers the following services
- Pre-construction services including baseline project scheduling, pre-construction project site reviews, peer review of all design documents for constructability concerns and VE offerings, and sub-contract scope reviews to capture all design installations.
- On-going construction activities including progress documenting and tracking, quality assurance/quality control inspection, schedule updating , and all reporting documentations to project close out.
- Post construction litigation inspections and reporting, turn-over document packaging, and owner acceptance reviews.
- All field reviews are followed up with a detailed written report for your records, with scheduling suggestions.
- Our peer review of all project design documents is followed up with a detailed written report with all findings, as well as offered solutions to found plan detail or constructability concerns.
