PRE-CONSTRUCTION REVIEW OF ALL PROJECT DOCUMENTS:

1) Plan review of all project documents for constructability. We focus on lessons learned for early identification of problematic issues. We pick up where the design

professionals leave off and bring to the project a smooth flow for constructability.

2) Peer review of contract scopes for all sub-contractors to ensure all required installations are bought out.

3) Project base schedule review and updates to ensure all delivery milestones are captured.

4) Review of project utility services deliveries to coincide with all civil and building trades

activities to prevent delays in schedule.

5) Written detailed follow up report provided in a timely manner of each review, with

recommendations for best resolve to each found situation or detail.

JOBSITE VISITS  INCLUDE:

  1) PRE-CONSTRUCTION SITE VISIT-  This review takes into

consideration surrounding neighborhoods, traffic flow and pedestrian walkways,

accessibility to existing utility services, alternate routes for material deliveries and many

more extenuating circumstances that can slow a project delivery.

2) PROJECT REVIEWS- This can be daily, weekly, or monthly to update the ownership teams of the overall projects progress. Our field manager uses a vast wealth of past experiences to foresee impending challenges to the project schedule, as well as reviewing quality assurance and quality control of all current installations in the project.

3) Post project review of work completed to identify conformity to all specifications and

design documents.
