Myriad Services offers the following services:

PEER REVIEW OF ALL PROJECT DOCUMENTS:

1) Plan review of all project documents at 75% or more design completion. Included in this

review will be all Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and

HVAC drawings and sketches. This review will be conducted by a proven professional

with a focus on conformity and constructability with the overall basis of design. During

this review we will be adding comments that can be addressed in a typical RFI or other

internal means for correcting any design concerns. This review focuses on the overall

concept of construction means and methods for completing tasks, with the

understanding of industry best practices. This early plan review is key in identifying

several constraints that can cause delays in most projects by bringing together all of the

design concepts into each task for completion. We pick up where the design

professionals leave off and bring to the project a smooth flow for constructability.

2) Peer review of contract scopes for each sub-contract to ensure nothing is omitted or

forgotten for trade specific tasks. We focus on past lessons learned to prevent costly

change orders or delays to work flow by unforeseen circumstances.

3) Project schedule review before and during on going activities to focus on specific

delivery dates and coordination of trade specific contractors and delivery of materials.

4) Review of delivery of project utility services to coincide with all civil and building trades

activities to prevent delays in schedule.

5) Written detailed follow up report provided in a timely manner of this review, with

recommendations for best resolve to each found situation or detail.

JOBSITE VISITS :

1) Field visits by seasoned professional to review work in place, work underway, and

planned work starts. Our field manager is highly skilled in overall project coordination.

With an extensive background and “hands on” experiences in field activities, our review

of in place and work underway can easily identify areas of concern for scheduling

impacts. Our experienced field manager is an underground specialist that has proven

experiences in managing overall site activities during multiple trades activities without

causing delays and resolving management of field activities. This field experience

combined with a background in Project Management brings to this review a successful

joining of project schedules, and task completions without adding unnecessary costs due

to uncoordinated deliveries and installations. 

2) Pre project reviews of all site conditions and surrounding areas for accessibility and

overall concerns realized in a detailed professional site review. This review takes into

consideration surrounding neighborhoods, traffic flow and pedestrian walkways,

accessibility to existing utility services, alternate routes for material deliveries and many

more extenuating circumstances that can slow a project delivery.

3) Post project review of work completed to identify conformity to all specifications and

design documents.
